We operate a 365 days return policy, on all items purchased from our web site.
Items will only be accepted in an unused condition, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
If goods are not returned in this condition we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange.
Note, only items purchased directly from Lollipop Lane will be accepted.
We will arrange to collect items that you would like to return and you may ask for these to be collected from an alternative address.
For clarity, the first returns collection from a single order is Free, subsequent returns request from one order will be chargeable at £10.
Requesting a return

Overseas returns (Ireland)
Returns are the responsibility of the customer, and are not Free of Charge.
