How to Place an Order

You can find products on the Lollipop Lane web site in the following ways;
1.Using the Search Products box in the top right hand corner of the web site.  Enter the product description you are looking for and press the looking glass.
2.Click on the category navigation bar on the top of the website.  Once you have found the item you wish to buy click on the Add to Basket button. You can then continue to shop, or go to checkout.

Viewing your Order

Click on the “Basket” at the top right of the page. Your basket contents and prices will be displayed.
Using Discount Codes
If you have a discount code, this needs to be added into the Discount code box within the Shopping Basket.  Click “Apply Code” to activate.

How to complete your Order 

Click on the "Checkout" or “Proceed to checkout” button, this will take you to the final stages of your purchase including payment.
You will be requested to enter your account details, if you are a new customer, you may either use the site as a guest or register as a new user.  We have a one screen check out process with just three simple steps;
1.    Log in/ Input your personal details and delivery address.  You may select to have your order delivered to an alternative address or to your registered address.  You may opt to receive delivery information via SMS.
2.    Review order details
3.    Place your order – this will take you to a secure payment area with Sage Pay 

Delivery Service

We operate a 24hr delivery policy for all orders received by 12.30pm  (Monday to Friday only).  Orders received after 12 noon, on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.  You may select an alternative delivery address should you require.
All parcels are shipped by DPD (excluding the Stratford Furniture set and third party items) and you will receive a tracking number through which you can track your order.  Once your order is placed, you will be advised of a two hour window within which your delivery will be made.  This information will be supplied by text. Should we be unable to deliver your parcel, we will leave a card indicating when the next attempt will be made.  Should the second delivery also fail the item will be returned to Lollipop Lane.  We will make contact with the customer to re-arrange delivery and a re-arrangement fee will be charged to cover re-delivery and administration costs.  The standard charge is £5.00

Delivery Service - Oakhill & Stratford Nursery Furniture Set

Due to the nature and construction of this product, we are unable to use our standard delivery service (DPD) to make a delivery.  Furniture orders will be delivered within 72rs, if the order is placed by 11am, Monday to Thursday.  Orders places Friday, and Bank Holidays will have an extended delivery time.  Customers will be contacted in advance of delivery to agree a nominated date. We are unable to give a timed service.  Goods will be delivered on a wooden pallet.  Customers may be asked to dispose of the pallet.  Goods will be delivered to the door and no further.  Customers who live in flats and appartments will be responsible for transporting these items to their own residence.  We strongly advise that two people are used to carry each item, as boxes may exceed a weight of 30kg.

Delivery Regions

We deliver to mainland UK with a free 24hrs delivery service.  Deliveries to the Scottish highlands, Northern Island and Eire will incur a £15 delivery charge and 48 -72hr delivery service.

International Customers

We’re sorry but at present we are not able to accept orders from outside of the United Kingdom. For trade enquiries please contact customer services on service@lollipoplane.co.uk

How to Track your Order

 To track your order click here.  You will be re-directed to our carriers website.  

Returns & Exchanges

We operate a 365 days return policy, on all items purchased from our web site.  Items will only be accepted in an unused condition, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.  If goods are not returned in this condition we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange.  Note, only items purchased directly from Lollipop Lane will be accepted.  Returns must be approved prior to sending back to Lollipop Lane. Postage will be refunded against return goods.  For clarity, the first returns collection from a single order is Free, subsequent returns request from one order will be chargeable at £10.

Requesting a Return

Requests to return items to Lollipop Lane must be made via the website or by contacting our customer services team on 01204 709333. Click here to access the returns area.
We aim to process all returns within 30 days of receipt of product.. 

Cancelling an Order

Orders cannot be cancelled within the Account Management area of the site.  If you change your mind, please contact Customer Services as soon as possible and we will endeavour to cancel your order before it leaves our building.  As we operate a 24hr delivery service, you may find that your order has already been proceesed and shipped.  If this occurs, you will need to wait for the parcel to be deliverd and then arrange for a free returns collection.  For further details, please see the section above on Returns & Exchanges.

How to Access your account

To access your account, view your order history, make repeat purchases or return an item, go to My Account.  You will be asked to enter your registered email address and password. 

Forgotten Passwords

Click the link to request a new password at the account login stage. A new password will be sent to your registered email address 

Changing your Password

Where your Password is known, but you wish to change it, use the following guide:
-    Log in to your account
-    At the Account Dashboard under Contact Information select Change Password
-    Input your current password, and your new password twice.  Select Save.
-    Your New Password will now be active.

How to change your Personal Details 

If you have recently moved and need to change you address details please follow the following instructions:
-     Log in to your account
-    At the Account Dashboard, select Address Book from left hand menu
-    Select the address that you wish to amend, make amendments, Save Address
