EASTER DELIVERIES

Our offices and warehouse are closed over the Easter holidays.  Orders received between  12.30pm on Thursday 28th March and 12.30pm on Tuesday April 2nd will be despatched on Tuesday April 2nd, using our standard 24hr delivery service.

Standard Delivery Schedule - main land UK

We operate a 24hr delivery policy for all orders received by 12.30pm  (Monday to Friday only).  Orders received after 12.30pm, on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.  You may select an alternative delivery address should you require.  All parcels are shipped by DPD and you will receive a tracking number through which you can track your order.  However, this excludes the Stratford Furniture set, Cot Beds and third party items.

Deliveries are made through a nominated courier service.  Deliveries are made directly to your door and and an alternative delivery addreess may to stipulated at time of order.  Deliveries made to mainland UK are free if charge. Deliveries to Northen Ireland, Eire, and the Highlands and Irelands have a £15 surcharge applied, and will be delivered in 48-72hrs.

Failed Deliveries
Should we be unable to deliver your parcel, we will leave a card indicating when the next attempt will be made.  Should the second delivery also fail the item will be returned to Lollipop Lane.  We will make contact with the customer to re-arrange delivery and a re-arrangement fee will be charged to cover re-delivery and administration costs.  The standard charge is £5.00

Text Service
During the check out process you will be requested to give a mobile phone number.  This number will be used to confirm delivery times.

Checking the progress of your order
Once an order has been placed, a tracking number will be sent with your Order Confirmation.  To view the progress of your order follow this link DPD Tracking.  However this excludes our Roomsets which can't be tracked.

Delivery Times
On the morning of your delivery, a text message will be sent giving a two hour delivery window.  At this point, you may text back with alternative delivery instructions (leave with neighbour) or arrange for an alternative delivery date.

Furniture Delivery Schedule - main land UK

A member of the Lollipop Lane team will contact customers who have placed orders for furniture to establish a preferred delivery date.  Furniture orders are shipped on a 72hr service and will be delivered to the door. 

ROOM SETS and COT BEDS MAY BE DELIVERED ON A PALLET, WHICH MAY NEED TO BE DISPOSED OF - ITEMS ARE DELIVERED TO THE DOOR & ARE HEAVY. 

FOR HEALTH & SAFETY REASONS WE RECOMMEND TWO PEOPLE CARRY EACH BOX TO THE NURSERY.  FOR FURTHER INFORMATION PLEASE SEE OUR F.A.Q's

Deliveries to Northern Ireland

We are able to deliver to addresses in Northern Ireland, however, a surcharge will apply at checkout.  The standard delivery charge is £15.

Deliveries to Eire

We are able to deliver to addresses in Eire.  During the checkout process, please change the country details.  Deliveries to Eire are subject to a £15  standard delivery charge.  Deliveries are made within 48 - 72hrs.  Please note that our free Returns service is not extended to Eire.
