BANK HOLIDAY SERVICE:
All orders placed between 12.30pm On Friday 3rd May and 12.30pm Monday 6th will be despatched on Monday 6th May using our 24hr service.
Deliveries are made through a nominated courier service. Deliveries are made directly to your door and and an alternative delivery addreess may to stipulated at time of order. Deliveries made to mainland UK are free if charge. Deliveries to Northen Ireland, Eire, and the Highlands and Irelands have a £15 surcharge applied, and will be delivered in 48-72hrs.
During the check out process you will be requested to give a mobile phone number. This number will be used to confirm delivery times.
Checking the progress of your order
Once an order has been placed, a tracking number will be sent with your Order Confirmation. To view the progress of your order follow this link DPD Tracking
On the morning of your delivery, a text message will be sent giving a two hour delivery window. At this point, you may text back with alternative delivery instructions (leave with neighbour) or arrange for an alternative delivery date.
