- On submission of images, you understand that whether or not this is published, Lollipop Lane does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to Content.

1.3. You represent and warrant that you have (and will continue to have during your use of the Service) all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions which are required to enable Lollipop Lane to use images submitted.
